Ioannis Papaioannou

Ioannis Papaioannou is an Attorney at the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos), with extensive courtroom experience in civil, commercial and banking law. He has maintained a law office in Thessaloniki since 2000, handling cases of significant legal and economic importance for individuals, professionals and businesses.

Born in Preveza and raised in Munich, he holds a law degree from the Democritus University of Thrace and an LL.M. from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. His legal career combines Greek courtroom practice with a German legal education — a combination that shapes his approach to complex cases: precise, methodical and strategically minded.

In recent years he has concentrated a significant part of his practice on banking law cases, enforcement proceedings, foreclosure auctions, objections against payment orders and disputes with funds and debt management companies. His practice is not limited to passive defence of the borrower, but includes a full review of the claim, its legitimacy, the enforcement acts, interest charges, fees and the chain of debt transfer.

Georgios Liamos is an Attorney at the Court of Appeal, a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). He collaborates with the Papaioannou law office, handling civil and commercial law matters and representing individuals and businesses before first-instance and appellate courts.

His practice focuses on contractual disputes, corporate matters and civil claims. He handles disputes arising from contracts of sale, work, services and loan agreements, matters relating to the formation, operation and dissolution of companies, as well as commercial disputes between businesses.

Lampriní Papaioannou

Lampriní Papaioannou is an Attorney at the Court of Appeal, a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Democritus University of Thrace. She handles a broad range of legal matters, with a primary focus on Family and Inheritance Law, managing divorce, child custody, maintenance and estate disputes with particular sensitivity and professionalism.
